A few of these recipes I created myself, but most are developed from recipes in books, found online, or from friends (all acknowledged). Everything’s vegan (on which, more here).
My two favourite sources of recipes on the internet are Richard Makin’s School Night Vegan, for fabulously good comfort food, and Dassana’s Veg Recipes (which used to be called Veg Recipes of India) — one woman’s collection of recipes, which has become India’s most popular food blog.
